No Bake Cheesecake

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
First beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in condensed milk.
Slowly stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into a prepared crust.*
Top with cherry pie (or other fruit) filling. Refrigerate.
*I am gluten free so instead of making a crust I pour it directly into
a pie dish. It makes a cool refreshing treat in the summer
