Summer Cobb Salad

- 9 red potatoes, boiled and diced
- Olive oil and vinegar dressing
- 2 heads of green leaf lettuce, chopped
- 2 large avocados, diced
- 3 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 6 small green onions, sliced
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 6 boiled eggs, chopped
